Fit'N'Flexed is a health & fitness TV show that aired on Foxtel's Aurora Channel in 2013 (Season 1) and Network 10 in late 2014 to Jan 2015 (Season 2).

As this was produced under a small budget, I was tasked as the sole video editor, colourist, sound mixer/designer and animator. 

Fit'N'Flexed became a hit on both social media and on television.

This was one of my biggest achievements at the age of 23 and 24.
